How do I return a product?
Terms for a return
You have 14 days* after receiving your order to return items to us.
Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition, with all accessories and labels attached. (Customized items cannot be returned)
If you have ordered a Les Composantes x Sézane piece, it must be returned in its original packaging to keep it protected.
If the entire order is returned, gift items must also be returned.
If you would like to return an item you think is faulty, please click here and do not use the label in the parcel. If you use this label, our logistics workshop could take a long time to process your return and issue your refund.
Items ordered online or at our Appartements can be returned to our Conciergeries or Appartements, or remotely.
All purchases made at Le Bon Marché can only be returned to Le Bon Marché.

When will I receive my refund?
Once the parcel has been received by our workshop, your refund will be processed in up to 5 days*.
After that, please allow a further 5 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
You will receive an initial email confirming receipt of your parcel at the workshop, followed by a second email once the refund has been processed.
If the order was paid in cash in one of our Apartments, it will be refunded in the form of a credit (available on your customer account). If you prefer a cash refund, the order must be returned to one of our.
*During Archive events and the festive season, your order may take slightly longer to be reimbursed.
Can I exchange an item?
Items can’t be exchanged on our website.
If you’d like a different size, style or colour, please return the item before placing a new order on our website.

For a size exchange, we will reimburse the shipping fees of your new order if you contact us.

We only accept one return per order. A second return will be at your own expense (except if you make a return directly in one of our stores).
